Therma-Flite holds ASME certificates for both Manufacturing and Repair of Pressure vessels. Our Certifications Include S Stamp, for Power Boiler construction, the U stamp for Pressure Vessel construction and the R Stamp for Repairs and Alteration.
It means that Therma-Flite has successfully met the most stringent requirements to become American Society of Mechanical Engineers, certified boiler maker and repair. Per ASME Requirement our welding procedures are thoroughly documented and all of our welders are tested on these procedures and must be certified for the procedure before welding on the equipment. It also means that all of our materials that go into the equipment are thoroughly tested and documented prior to being used as part of the equipment. Inspections by an independent company are also performed many times through the fabrication.
